By installing and using the CHATEAI Google Chat application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the application immediately.
CHATEAI is an AI-powered assistant designed for Google Chat™, utilizing Google's Gemini™ API to provide automated responses, analyze web links, and facilitate workflow management. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Trial Credits: New users automatically receive a limited amount of free trial credits upon first use.
Purchases: Once trial credits are exhausted, continued use of the Service requires purchasing additional credit packages via our authorized third-party payment processors.
No Expiration: Purchased credit balances (Points) do not have an expiration date and will remain tied to your specific Google Workspace or Gmail account until fully consumed.
Non-Refundable: All purchases of credit packs are final and non-refundable once the generation of responses has initiated.
Credit Consumption Rates: Credit consumption varies based on the tier of the AI model selected or triggered per query:
Standard Flash / Lite Models: Consumes 1 point per query.
Next-Gen Elite Models (Gemini 3.1 / 3.5 Tiers): Consumes 2 points per query.
Advanced Pro Tiers: Consumes 3 points per query.
You agree to use CHATEAI strictly for legitimate personal or business interactions. The Service enforces a strict anti-abuse and stability policy. You agree not to:
Generate or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the underlying API infrastructure.
Automated Requests (Bots): This Service is intended solely for direct human interaction. Connecting external bots, automated scripts, scrapers, or running recursive loops to flood the API is strictly prohibited.
Account Abuse: Attempts to bypass credit limitations, exploit bugs, or reverse-engineer the application/bot mechanics will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
Rate Limiting: We reserve the right to enforce temporary rate limits (e.g., maximum requests per minute) to ensure platform stability and fairness for all users.
User Responsibility: Users utilizing file-upload or document-analysis functionalities are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the legal rights and permissions for the uploaded data (PDF, TXT, Images, etc.).
Size Constraints: Content input sizes and file lengths are subject to maximum token constraints per single query to protect system and underlying API resources.
Ownership: All software, code, graphics, and original branding elements of CHATEAI are the exclusive property of its developer (eliste / smartbinary@chacham-lev.org).
Trademarks: Google Chat™ and Gemini™ are trademarks of Google LLC. This Service is an independent integration and is not officially endorsed or sponsored by Google LLC.
AI Inaccuracies: AI-generated content can occasionally contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. The Service does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated response. Users must independently verify critical facts.
Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHATEAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Maximum Liability Cap: In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of the Service, its developers, or owners for any claims, lawsuits, or damages shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the user to the Service for the specific credit pack in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
