CHATEAI is an AI-powered assistant for Google Chat utilizing Google Gemini APIs. We only access and process information that you explicitly provide to the application:
Chat Messages & Inputs: We process the text messages and prompts you directly send to the bot to generate AI responses.
Google Drive & File Access: In compliance with Google’s least-privilege security standards, CHATEAI utilizes the restricted drive.file scope. This means the application only has access to files and spreadsheets that it creates or that you explicitly open, upload, or interact with through the app. We cannot view, read, or access any other unrelated files in your Google Drive.
We use your input messages and interacting files solely to execute operations via the Google Gemini API and provide you with relevant, automated workflow responses.
We do not store, log, or sell your personal chat history or file data.
Your data is processed in real-time and is not retained on our servers after the active session or operation is completed.
Since CHATEAI operates entirely on a real-time, non-retention basis, we do not store personal data or file histories. However, if you wish to revoke the application's access to your Google Workspace account entirely, you can do so at any time through your Google Account Security Settings.
Your messages and selected file data are securely processed via the Google Gemini API. All interaction with Google APIs complies strictly with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more details on how they handle API data.
